Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Chellu Solutions (Pty) Ltd (“Chellu Solutions”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. Services
Chellu Solutions provides managed IT support, VoIP solutions, custom development, cloud hosting, workflow automation, business security, and related technology consulting services. Service scope is defined in individual service agreements.
3. Account Registration
Certain services require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and current information.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Services may be suspended for non-payment after reasonable notice. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: spamming, hacking, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property, or any activity that violates South African law.
6. Service Level
We strive to maintain high service availability. Specific uptime guarantees and response times are detailed in individual SLAs. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.
7. Cancellation
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the affected services for the relevant billing period. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from service use.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gauteng, South Africa.
